The recent deployment of Hydraid Biosand filters to the rural town of Oshoek on the border of South Africa and Swaziland, sparked interest from South African media and local organizations. It also renewed Wishing Well International Foundation's goal to bring the industry together to lead in the efforts to provide clean, safe drinking water to developing areas. Cape Town, South Africa – May 14, 2012. Wishing Well International Foundation South Africa (WWIF-SA), the sister foundation to WWIF-US, delivered its first batch of Hydraid filters as an independent non-profit organization. The filters were donated by WWIF-US and this deployment marked the beginning of the South African foundation's efforts. The non-profit was formed in South Africa to allow for local fundraising from the South African public and corporations to add sustainability to the efforts from the US.

Deerfield Beach, Florida - March 14, 2012.  1st Annual Golf Tournament a success: Wind blasted for a good cause.The golf tournament started as planned at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 6, in spite of high winds with gusts up to 70 mph. It was windy at tee-off time and no one really expected it to get much worse; however, by 4 pm, the wind was so strong, we were all getting pushed around and sand blasted.  One good thing: any
